The Smart Block AV is a new accessory product designed to improve the capability and flexibility of Calypso’s CB 5000 and CB 1000 wall mount controllers within the K-12 classroom. It can be set for either power control or relay control. When set for power control, the Smart Block AV allows K-12 school districts to more closely manage energy costs through external power control and simplifies the interconnect of various devices. When set for relay control, it increases flexibility and connectivity by linking AV products from multiple manufacturers, easily adds relays, and allows for conversion of serial data to IR output.
