The ezRoom S300 and S250 are fully integrated, low-installation audio and control solutions designed specifically for K-12 classrooms. Built around a line-array column speaker, they deliver full audio room coverage for standard classrooms via analog audio inputs or Calypso’s wireless microphone, included with the S300.  Both models provide integrated wired (Serial or Network) and wireless (IR) projector control with a minimum of physical installation.  Simply place the system on a desktop, or use the included wall mount bracket and plug it in to fill your classroom with audio.  A built-in 3-port network switch and support streaming audio, makes them fully compatible with Conductor, Calypso’s innovative and affordable IP-based school paging solution.

Wired or Wireless Projector Control
In addition to network-based projector control with the included encore! desktop software, the RS-232 port can be used to send serial commands to the projector, though some installation (e.g., running the cable) is required.  A key benefit of both serial and networked projector control is full compatibility with Calypso’s Maestro Software, for remote monitoring and control of classroom systems by IT staff.  As an alternative, the built-in IR beacon can be used for wireless classroom projector control.  Finally, a built-in 3-port network switch brings networked control and streaming audio into the classroom, while supporting connections for two additional devices, with a single network drop!
