Terms and Conditions

How the Program Works

  • Complete the Calypso ICGP Application in its entirety and submit online or via e-mail (.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)) or fax (651-209-3748).
  • A member of the ICGP committee will arrange a brief phone conversation with the applicant to review details of the application and to discuss the technology goals of the construction or renovation project.
  • The Calypso ICGP committee meets by the 20th of each month to evaluate each month's applications and to select two grant recipients.
  • All applicants are notified within 10 days of selection and arrangements are then made to coordinate the delivery of equipment to recipients. Costs associated with the actual installation of Calypso gear are not covered by grant funds.
  • Grant recipients are asked to participate in a brief phone conversation with Calypso 45-60 days after equipment installation to review product usefulness and features.

Requirements, Terms and Conditions

  • Applications are available solely to K-12 school districts and private schools. Architects, consultants and contractors may not apply on behalf of their clients.

  • Calypso Systems retains sole and exclusive authority to review and decide upon grant awards and reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the ICGP at any time, without prior notice.
